Veterinary staff does volunteer service!
As a client of Sugar House Veterinary Hospital, you now have the opportunity to log in from home to check on your pet's vaccination status, request medication refills, get your pet's rabies or microchip information, and much more!
To get started, simply click on the Patient Portal button below and set up your own account using your e-mail address (which will be your username) and create a password. You will need to enter our Clinic I.D. number as well as your personal Client I.D. number which can be obtained through calling our office at 801-487-9981 or, if you have obtained your Pet I.D. card in the mail already, on your Pet I.D. card.
We hope that you will find this service beneficial in enhancing communication as well as helping us to give your pet the highest level of care possible!
