However, professionally we feel that your pets best interest are served by making an appointment to be seen. Just as it is difficult for humans to be diagnosed over the phone (we humans can express with words what is wrong most of the time), so it can be even more difficult with your pet (because your pet can't talk) and we can't see what the condition is of your pet over the phone.
